Service and Maintenance
Australia lift code requires regular maintenance for elevating devices. For commercial premises, maintenance is required more frequently. Lifting devices, when maintained properly provide many years of usage and the operation of the lift should be serviced in order to maintain safety. We offer Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA) to ensure that your lift is serviced on a regular basis.
Our PMA Bronze* agreement ensures you have a safety inspection and regular maintenance performed for the particular site and application of the Lift.
PMA Silver* builds on the PMA service agreement and also includes sundry parts that may be necessary.
PMA Gold* builds further on the PMA and includes parts and callout labour during business hours
8am – 5pm / Monday – Friday.
And PMA Platinum* covers you for all your needs to cover the costs and peace of mind for your lifts and essential needs.
You can build a PMA agreement which covers all or parts of the above types and tailor an agreement to suit the individual needs of your lift. PMA agreements are available from 1 to 5 year terms.
